Northeast LA is a lovely neighborhood. Alas, it has not been the neighborhood that has felt like home for me. After 15 months of living in NELA, I’m moving back to Mid-City. 

Of course, I can’t let any momentous event pass me by without a celebration. Join me this Sunday for one last ride on the Gold Line through NELA. 

We will meet at the Heritage Square station at 1:45 pm on Sunday, December 18th. PLEASE BE PROMPT AND READY WITH YOUR TAP CARD! The train leaves the station at 2:00 sharp, so don’t get left behind! We will take the Gold Line to the South Pasadena station and turn around. 

Come dressed in a silly costume. Bring noise makers, cameras, and party favors. Let’s get the other riders involved in the good times! Bring the family, and invite your friends!
